SE is now 14! She adamantly refused a birthday cake though. Or substitutes like a jelly or ice-cream cake.
She picked Mozer's for Syrian food on the weekday, and d'Italiane on the weekend. Mozer's was good as usual, forgot to take pictures.
Food at d'Italiane was good!
Mozzarella in crumbed ciabatta bread
Pea and avocado risotto
The third item was lamb stromboli - lamb in baked bread - which we decided not to order again.
Then she chose some cheese after me asking her multiple times to get something 'special' since it was her birthday. And that was all.
Happy birthday to my little one! Maybe next year choose more 'presents'?

Happy belated birthday 🥳🎂 🎈 to SE! She is such a frugal person to not want presents and cakes 🎂
ReplyDeleteBut from the tone of this post, mommy would like SE to request for more food and more presents, ya? 😉
Yes no need to be THAT frugal!
Deletelamb stromboli is not nice?
ReplyDeleteMozer's food sounds like a winner. Let me go see their menu but I don't think they are near me for me to try the food
The lamb in the stromboli was a bit stringy and salty. Not awful but the other food were much nicer.
DeleteThere used to be a Mozer's outlet at Subang Parade but that has closed. It think many Arab food shops are good as well - I have been to a few and all were satisfactory.
Happy Belated Birthday to SE! I echo dear Mun's first comment!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing, Stacy, and I love your photos.
Thank you! This one is frugal unlike the sister. :)
