SE was looking forward to the water play pool. We used to swim on a weekly basis, but she hadn't been in a swimsuit since December (i.e. over 3 months) when the doctor forbade her from swimming and other strenuous activities. She put it on and said she looks good in a swimsuit.

So good to see SE enjoying herself. Hhmmmm, I wonder would it work if give SE reward to go Sunway lagoon play in the pool if SE weight can increase progressively. Do you think SE would look forward to her reward and work hard to reach her weight target?
ReplyDeleteI had tried both carrot and stick without success. I have to remind myself she might not be able to help it when she doesn't conform to what the doctor ordered.
