Dining out routine

Settling down into our weekly dining out routine since our first in mid-Jan.

Ah Japanese cuisine

Hmm food is so-so only

Problem is our taman is not exactly a food paradise.  After just a few weeks, we are running out of options.  Did a repeat of that nice cafe we found nearby.

Seafood squid ink pasta again

I do like this last photo....

Berries pavlova

The kids pretty much only like Western or fast food and dining in nice cafes.

  1. Wah, SE and JE sure are foodies to enjoy nice cafes. The Japanese cuisine looks so good but you say so so so I guess it doesn't taste nice then. I still don't dare to dine out cos already spent so much effort for the past two years to avoid kena so if now go dine out and bad luck kena then is like wasted the two years effort but I also can understand that dining out is very convenient and we can't stay home forever. Good that you all are dining out on a fixed regular schedule now.

    1. Started this dining out as my maid had to stay behind with hubby so nobody to cook and wash.

Take your time before venturing out again.

  2. I also noticed that kids like Western and fast food and dining in nice cafes. Hahaha...I too won't mind doing so once in a while for a change. We too have run out of options in food choices in our area.

    1. My kids aren't that much into the EATING per se, more into the dining out experience. Cafe food gets boring eventually... pasta, burger, chops haha.

  3. Why don't venture outside taman? Neighboring taman in PJ/Kota Damansara area sure got aplenty choices, unless those are far frm your place too? I like nice cafe & fast food too. But normal eatery with good food also fine with me.

    1. Well my work finishes later than average so by the time I'm done, it wouldn't be early. Driving further out would take, oh, 15mins or so if traffic isn't heavy. Anyway hassle lah to plan.
